Shipping policy

Products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you select when placing an order. We ship to USPS only at this time  You acknowledge that any delivery dates we may provide are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information. Currently, we ship to the US only.

Standard shipping: 3-10 business days in transit

Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days in transit*

*Expedited and Next Day shipping is not available for PO Boxes or addresses outside of the continental US.

Please advise that these are estimates based on the transit time for the majority of our orders. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping transit times begin after the order is processed and shipped. Most orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday will process and ship the same day, with exceptions on holidays. 

* Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas day at this point. 

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the order and where the order is being shipped. We charge a variable rate in order to give you the lowest rate possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender or recipient.
  • Delivery issues arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender or recipient.
  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery.
  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender or recipient, or a re-route requested by the sender or recipient.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient including product quality problems resulting from items that are left unattended or unopened by the recipient.
  • If any of the above issues occur, please notify us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist with sending out a replacement in certain cases when appropriate.
